CC Master Cup Q2: Feat. Happy, Infi, 120, TH000, Lawliet and more!

Today, War3station posted on their Weibo that the Grid of the second Qualifier of NetEase CC Master Cup.

And compared to the first qualifier, there are a few changes in the information below,

• For the Format,
  • the final changed from Bo3 to Bo5; and the Match for Third gets canceled.
• And for the Prize Pool,
  • Third Place and Fourth Place changed to 3,500 RMB (Previously, there were 4,000 and 3,000 RMB).

Additionally, the schedule also got changed, the final day postponed to 23rd from 22nd.

Monthly qualifier format

• Single Elimination
• Bo3
• Final will be Bo5

Points system

• The four players with highest points advance to Season 1’s Playoffs
• Winning a map = 1 point
• Winning a series (Bo3) = 1 point
  • Which means, if A beats B with 2-1, A get 3 points, B get 1 point; if A beats B with 2-0, A get 3 points, B get no points.
• Winning a monthly qualifier = 3 points

Schedule

• The 4 monthly qualifiers will be in November, December, February, and March.
• The second qualifier will play on 14th, 15th, 23rd Dec.
  • 14th Dec: Round of 16
  • 15th Dec: Round of 8
  • 23rd Dec: Semifinals and Finals

Prize Pool (for a qualifier)

• Championship: 15,000 RMB (~$2131)
• Runner-up: 8,000 RMB (~$1136)
• Third Place and Fourth Place: 3,500 RMB each (~$497)
  • Total: 30,000 RMB (~$4162)
