WGL August Qualifier: Moon is back!

Moon is back! Finally, after a rest of weeks, Moon will be back for his another journey of WGL.

Why is Moon in Open Division?

We believe many people have the same question. First, we have to know the system of WGL qualifier: The top 4 of Open Div. will advance to the Pro Div.; at the same time, the loser of Group Stage 1 in Pro Div. will get dropped to the Open Div. in next month.

Since Moon wanted to rest and refused to play in July Qualifier, he was a “loser” of Group Stage 1. That’s why he gets dropped to Open Div. in this month. However, we believe he will get into top 4 and advance to the Pro Div.

So, did Moon and HawK have points from July Qualifier?

No, they didn’t. Therefore, before August, Moon had only 3 points, and HawK had only 4 points from July Ladder.

  Double Elimination and Bo3, top 2 advance to Group Stage 2.
