Moon won WGL May qualifier.

Is this an important game? No, obviously.

Although this is a final, but first, the champion is only 4,000 yuan; Second, the result wouldn’t effect the spot; and third is, we just had a new patch, testing the strategies, and practicing are more important.

So, is this a game that impressing you? I think so.

This is the first experience of Soin that being in the WGL monthly finals, but he ended in failure. However, this is a part of journey that all the great players have gone through. The sadness is definitely a valuable asset. As for Moon, the taste of comeback would be so wonderful.

A big comeback game.

In this month, most of the players were just having fun. And Soin defeated many first-class players, including those masters such as Infi and Lyn. Among them, only Moon was still taking it seriously. In the final, Soin quickly got a 2-1 lead. In the fourth set on CH, he knocked down Moon’s expansion with his BM and a Grunt. With the follow that the level 3 SH, Soin completely controlled the situation on the field. After knocking down Moon’s expansion and killing so many Huntresses, Soin seems like winning this game.

Under this situation, I am afraid that everyone was thinking that Moon would have typed out GG in a minute. After all, this is just a month qualifier, it is not a big deal to lose. A lot of rumors were also showing up in many streaming channel. For example: Soin wasn’t playing well recently, and his team is putting so much pressure on him, those Koreans are helping him.

At last, the fact prove all of them are wrong, Moon made a big come back in the game. Moon rebuilt the expansion, retrain the Huntresses again and again. Using the characteristics of the map, Moon kept going for base running, and trying to give the time for his expansion.

Soin killed Moon’s hero twice.

On the other hand, Soin began to be confused under the advantage. He built his expansion without the defense of towers or army. And the main troop were only focusing to attack, but they were dragged back by Moon again and again. After that, Moon rushed to Soin main base in a very good timing, and forcibly smashed the base with a lot of Huntresses.

Although Moon had taken down Soin main base, but the Orcs were still having advantage, they had double level 6 heroes, and the troop of 50 supply Grunts and Shaman. Unless the Night Elves had more that 70 supply with high level upgraded attack and armor, if not they will lose the direct fight. But how is it possible for Moon? In order to limit the opponent expanding, and ensure the safety of the expansion, Moon could only choose to attack, and each time he would lose 2-3 Huntresses.

What is even more terrifying is that Soin sent his Witch Doctor to use Sentry Ward on the whole map. The level 6 KotG had no way to hide. The Orcs killed the KotG for 2 consecutive times, and their the Orcs’ heroes had risen to level 7, and Moon still didn’t type out GG?

Moon found the only chance.

Yes, if Moon could hold until Soin’s main Gold mine collapsed, he would have the chance to take down all the opponent’s buildings. At the same time, Soin was once again confused, and he went to attack without TP. Moon chose a longer route and once again took down the base. After that, the Orcs left only a Burrow and a few buildings, there was no time for Soin.

Soin’s Sentry Ward once again made contribution. He accurately found the position of KotG, and killed the KotG with the countless Purges. Unfortunately, his SH was also surrounded by the Huntresses. Moon clearly had enough golds to buy TP and Heal Potion, but he just wanted to use KotG as a bait to attract Soin’s attention, and it’s a chance to him to kill SH.

At the time, Moon had enough Golds to buy KotG from the Tavern, but Soin’s SH could only lie in the Altar forever. Without the help of a SH, the Orcs lost the fight completely, and Moon completed the incredible comeback.

After the game, Soin’s game score was still higher than Moon 30,000 points, the hero score is more than 46,000 points. But Moon’s relying on the 13,000 golds difference, and his strong macro, completed the comeback.
