Night Elf

Mountain Giant Second Taunt removed

but they reduced the cooldown, right? Oh they didn’t write it here.

Faerie Dragon base damage reduced from 13 to 12

I don’t understand this change, their damage is not high originally.

Druid of the Claw starting mana increased from 100 to 125

The Bears get a big buff. When you finish the Master training, they will have 250 Mana when they just come out from the building, at the same time, their Mana regeneration is pretty quick, so when they arrive the battle field, they will have 270-280 Mana, which means they can use Rejuvenation twice and transform to Bear. This is so strong.

It’s good for Night Elf when they are playing vs. Human (with one Gold Mine) push and the Undead. It’s so insanely strong, this buff can recover the nerf of the MG and Faerie Dragon. However, this is also depending on the play-style, like you are a Demon Hunter first player, you will like this patch; but if you like to play with KOTG first, you will prefer to play with MGs. I believe Colorful is liking this patch, but Moon and Lawliet will prefer the MGs with second taunt.

Mountain Giant Taunt cooldown reduced from 16 to 14 seconds

And here, the cooldown reduced 2 seconds.

Mana Flare damage per mana increased from 3 to 4
Mana Flare max damage increased from 90 to 100

So, they want to make Faerie Dragon playing as a caster. It’s like Blizzard teaching us how to play Warcraft 3, they were like Faerie Dragon is for countering your opponent casters, not massing up it as your main force. You NE players always use them as the main force, this is bad.

Orc

Scroll of speed cost increased from 50 to 70

Scroll Of Speed is also good item although it now costs 70 golds, the Orc will still need it, and it is still worthy even if it costed 100 golds. Without Scroll Of Speed, the Orcs will be weak. Scroll Of Speed is a very strong item, for every race.

In the end, the Orcs is really relying the items from their shop, it’s a nerf, but not much, I would say it’s acceptable.

Serpent Wards experience bounty increased from 12.5/20/30 to 12.5/30/42.5

And the Serpent Wards experiences, that’s all for the Orcs. So for the Orcs, of course it’s nerf.

How if the Scroll of Speed costs 350? Hmm…350…it’s too expensive, but if the Scroll of Speed can not be purged or Dispel, I think I can accept 350 golds.

Neutral

Pandaren Brewmaster’s strength and intelligence increased by 1
Breath of Fire max damage increased from 480/720/1080 to 480/800/1200

Buff for vs Human, it is little buff, level 2 increase 80 damage and level 3 increase 120 damage.

If Panda have 3 breath of fire (level 2) in a fight, maybe kill one more footman? Very little buff. After this buff, panda is still not the favor. Overall small buff, increase only 80, very small increase

All items with Aura
All items resell percentage increased from 50% to 60% of the item’s original cost

Nerf to 1.5 level (Infi spoke wrongly here)

Sell value, don’t know why they changed from 75% to 60%, but it is not a big difference, combined with decreased value of TP, the purpose is Blade Master cannot buy too many items after he sell TP, that’s all.

Conclusion

Overall

Hum vs UD matchup, I predict the overall win rate for human will increase 5%-8%, less than 10%. Whatever the win rate before 1.32.10. It may not a big improvement,

Hum vs Orc, Human win rate may decrease 3%, Human gets harder in this matchup

Hum vs NE is very hard to predict, I cannot predict because Panda buff, Tower buff, Bear buff, Human harvesting Lumber buff all have big influence. I believe the win rate may fluctuate a lot, ( for some time, NE seems very strong vs Hum, and some time Hum seems very strong vs NE), vary a lot.

NE vs UD, NE will be much easier vs UD. Every Undead change in this patch (except the Crypt Lord change), will influence NE vs UD matchup a lot, like Frost Armor, Acolyte, Rod of Necromancy, Ritual Dagger.

The most influential matchup will be NE vs Undead and Human vs NE

There is very little influence on Orc vs NE, and Orc vs UD match-up.
