Q: First of all, congratulations to the Rise Again for advancing to the Playoffs. When Moon lost his 1v1, you and MichaeL stood up for the team. How do you feel after the final 2v2 win?

ThundeR: I am very happy to advance to the Semifinals. Although Moon lost his 1v1 in the last round, Moon still won many games before that. He is a well-deserved leader of our team. I am very happy to win the most crucial round with my brother this time. Thanks very much to Moon and Michael for bringing me together to form the team.

Q: The strength between RA, F4, why.R are very close, why do you think you could beat them and advance to the Playoffs?

ThundeR: If our team wants to advance, we must win F4 and why.R. Although we lost to RW after defeating F4, but the score of 2-3 made us think that we had a good chance to beat other opponents. By the time, we were even more hunger for the victory. After defeating why.R also proved that we thought nothing wrong.

Q: At the beginning, your team and you didn’t be in a good shape. how did you adjust after the two-game losing streak?

ThundeR: Actually, the first opponents were strong teams, we didn’t expect to win. Additionally, we also found that the two 2v2 are very important, so we focused on training 2v2. So, in the following match-ups, we won with the excellent performance of 2v2.

Q: How can you achieve such a good result, it’s the first time that you partner with Moon?

ThundeR: In the early stage, we planned to use only Michael+ThundeR and Moon+MichaeL. But in the first two games, we found that 2v2 are a key point, so we chose to add a duo team of Moon+ThundeR. It made us to have more choices in the Clan War.

In order to partner with Moon, I practiced a lot and also discussed a lot with Moon. Our preparations are more thorough, the performance by the time was pretty perfect, in the end, the luck was also on our side, so we won a few games.

I still have a lot of shortcomings, but I can feel that I have made some progress.

Q: Whether 1v1 or 2v2, we can easily see your improvement. How did you improve your level of Warcraft during this time?

He taught me many things, including strategies, details, mindset adjustment and other aspects, etc.

Q: Previously, your ID was RohJinWook and Michael. Why did you change to ThundeR, and Lucifer changed to Michael?

ThundeR: Actually, I didn’t use Michael as my ID after my brother went to military duty. Later, because I couldn’t find a nice ID, so I used my name as the ID.

The ID of ThundeR is because I like rain, and the rain always come with ThundeR, so I started using the ID of ThundeR.

Q: Is there any advantage when the two brothers playing Warcraft together?

ThundeR: First of all, we can often discuss Warcraft together; and because we are playing different races, so we can practice together.

In usual days, We will support each other, and we will be happy to see each other winning some games. And Michael has a longer career, so he will give me a lot of suggestions. There are many advantages, but there are also disadvantages. For example, if you meet in a tournament, it is not a good thing.

Warcraft III is very precious to me, it is more than just a game.

Q: You used to be a professional Warcraft player in the past. After that, you went to military duty, and now came back to play again. What does Warcraft III game mean to you?

ThundeR: Warcraft III is the first project that I turned my hobby into a career, so it is very precious to me. It is more than just a game. Thanks very much to the tournament organizers, and to the fans who have always loved Warcraft III.

Q: You worked as a model, but are you still doing it? What was the opportunity for you to join this business?

ThundeR: I will still go when there is an event. As a model, I need to pay attention to my body shape so that I can participate as soon as there is an event, but not every day, so I can still play Warcraft.

When I was a kid, I considered which one to choose among professional player and model. At that time, I had the opportunity to watch my brother participate in a tournament, and I was particularly shocked. So I chose to be a pro player, because being a model are more flexible.
