The Warcraft III: Reforged GOLD League Summer 2020 (WGL Summer 2020) which organized by NetEase and Blizzard will officially start playing on 12th July. The 16 top Warcraft players from China, Korea, Europe and America will start a fierce battle to compete for the title and the prize with total of 500,000 RMB.

The WGL is also known as the highest hall of the Warcraft III competition, it has always been a goal for players to fight for. In the past few WGL, we witnessed Moon’s invincibility, Happy’s magical performance and the incredible Lyn. With the new patch of 1.32.6, who will win the championship in this time?

Format

• Group Stage:
  • 16 players will divide into 4 groups of four.
  • Double Elimination and all Bo3.
  • The top 2 from each group will advance to the Playoffs.
• Playoffs:
  • Single Elimination
  • All Bo5

  • 12th to 17th July
  • Starting at 18:00 CST for all group stage’s play-days.
  • (Translator note: It will be 12:00 for CEST, and 13:00 for MSK.)
• Playoffs:
  • 18th July, 16:00 CST
    • Quarterfinals
  • 19th July, 16:00 CST
    • Semifinals, Match for Third and Finals
