A new minor tournament after XiaoY Cup, OES.

OES is a Warcraft III tournament organized by an organizing committee called On Electronic-Sport Series. And they aim to create an open and pure Warcraft III event.

Previously, OES has successfully held two times. In order to let more amateur players can enjoy the game, the organizing committee decided to change the event from an invitational game to an open competition.

Warcraft III format:

1. 1 vs 1 , Bo3 and single elimination.
2. The official will draw the first map of each round, and the loser will choose the following map.
3. Players who are in the top 16 of the WGL Points system are not allowed to participate (Before 4th June 2019).
4. The online regional competition will divide into two regions, North and South.
   -South: Shanghai, Chengdu, Wuhan, Guangzhou;
   -North: Beijing, Shenyang, Tianjin, Zhengzhou.

WSC and WSB Day 3 postponed to 30th July.

Recently, the Korean WSB Organizing Committee officially announced that the match between Moon and FoCuS on 9th July will be postponed to 30th July.
