After Chaemiko, Norukill and Luna, Global Clan also signed another Korean player – Music.
Since I am very curious of this owner and this new team. So I went to Moixxoi (the owner) and had a short chat.
Q: Hi, may you introduce yourself to us?
Moixxoi: I’m personally a long time CSGO and League of Legends coach, I’ve been doing it for over 3 years now. And I really want to get something going in Warcraft 3, and other RTS hopefully. Warcraft 3 has by far one of the best communities I’ve ever seen in the e-sports scene. Everyone is so passionate and caring and truly loves the game they play.
I lived in Busan for 6 months, teaching English, and have more respect for the Korean e-sports players than I do anyone else. Their insane amount of work and drive to improve is out of this world. Due to the rise in the Chinese scene, and “slump” in the other regions, I want to grow, and help reignite the players, get them going to try and feel like our old beautiful game isn’t dying away. I’m fortunate enough to be blessed with the things I have, the money I have and the situation I’m in.
The funding does not come from any company. I am the sole funder of anything the team produces. I do hope soon that with the making of more tournaments and events, that sponsors will come in. Also due to my background in other games, I feel I can sway some contacts I know to join in. Warcraft really isn’t about the money, its about the community and the people that are holding it up after all these years. I understand some people might be worried about “this money is going to waste, you’ll never make anything in this game”. I don’t care. It isn’t about that. Its about supporting the people that play the game they love, supporting the casters to talk about and host the game they love.
Q: I checked on Liquipedia’s CSGO page, and I saw your ID on this team, which showed that you are a coach of 9INE. Is this you?

Q: Also, which team are you coaching in LOL? May I be able to search you on Liquipedia’s LOL page?
Moixxoi: Hmm… I am not sure if they have a page anymore, but the team was called Elvets. Here https://elvets.gg/. But I am not coaching LOL anymore, just CSGO and doing Warcraft 3 stuff.
Q: You have signed Chaemiko, Norukill, Luna and Music, and all of them are Korean. Will you plan to sign some other players beside of Korean?
Moixxoi: Yes, I am currently in the process of picking up players from Team Bulgaria.
Q: Will Global Clan play in the current biggest Western Team League – Warcraft3.info League Season 3?
Moixxoi: We aren’t sure, due to the fact our main squad (Chaemiko, Music, Luna, and Norukill), they would be playing on insanely high ping and… yeah…I’m talking to some of the W3iL Admins about the situation, so it’s still a work in progress.
