Results of the WCG Xi’an 2019 Semi Finals. (Spoiler)
For today, we have WCG Xi’an 2019 Semi Finals and Match for Third. First, we have Infi vs Hawk and Moon vs TH000.
Infi vs Hawk.
On the first map on LR, Infi caught the chance that Hawk didn’t scout carefully, and he went for expansion. After Infi upgraded Tier 2, with the better economy, Infi beat Hawk on LR.
The second map we came to NI, both side were playing with the same strategy. However, we could see that Infi played with better details.
In the game, Infi was creeping faster, so Infi got the chance to steal a big creep on the middle of the map. Also, Infi’s Footmen were more healthy when both side met on the field. These details let Infi had better trade in every fight. At last, Hawk couldn’t make a comeback and called out GG.
TH000 vs Moon.
On the first map on NI, both of them chose to play with fast expansion. In the early game, Moon’s killed a lot of Footmen with his KotG, and he grabbed a few big camps with Panda second. However, TH000 held until late game, and TH000’s army were slightly stronger than Moon’s army. After TH000 knocked down Moon’s expansion, Moon called out GG.
After that, we came to the old map, AI. For this time, Moon and TH000 chose to play with regular style in the early game. A few moment later, Moon tried to expand, but TH000 found it and canceled it, succeeded to delay Moon’s expansion.
Once Moon built up his expansion and just started getting golds, TH000 went for a big fight. With the good fighting location, TH000’s Mortar Teams made ton of damages, killing many Dryads, Archers, and also knocked down the Tree of Life at the expansion. After that, Moon couldn’t finish a comeback and typed out GG.
Match for third will start at 19:00 today!

After the games above, we will have Moon vs Hawk in the Match for Third.
Grand Final will start at 15:30 UTC+8.

And the Grand Final will start at 15:30 tomorrow (21st July, UTC+8). It will be the game between Infi vs TH000. Will TH000 defend his title as a formal champion? Or Infi will win the title again since 2009? Stay with WCG games channel and watch the game!
